About the Hotel
El Dorado Seaside Suites Oceanfront, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only is a deluxe all-inclusive adult-only resort located on the exclusive Kantenah Beach, in the Riviera Maya. This Mayan-inspired property, ideal for romance, comprises 188 suites decorated with Mexican works of art. Each suite has sitting area with a circular sofa, a marble bathroom with two-person whirlpool tub, shower, and luxury amenities; minibar restocked daily, and balcony or terrace; some accommodations have access to a shared pool or a pool on the balcony.
This all-inclusive hotel offers 10 restaurants serving Mexican, Asian, Italian, and international specialties, as well as a variety of cocktails, wine, tequila and mezcal in its 11 bars, as well as 24-hour room service. For an extra charge, private romantic dinners or with lobster dishes can be requested. The property has a terrace ideal for weddings.
The property has five pools, a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, and the Náay Spa, the largest in the Riviera Maya, with temascal, sauna, a steam room, and facial and body treatments. In addition, the hotel has personalized concierge assitance. For recreation, the hotel offers tennis courts, a theater where evening shows are available, and activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and yoga sessions in some seasons. It also has a tour desk, wedding planning service, special amenities for honeymooners, WiFi, and local and international calls.

***To book free activities, you must go to the More Inclusive® desk located in the lobby area, where a More Inclusive® Concierge will assist you by booking your activities and return transfer to the airport. Brunch includes beverages. Activities are subject to availability. Round-trip airport transfers and transportation to activities are shared.

Gentlemen - long pants, collared shirts and casual shoes; allowed: elegant shorts and dress sandals. The use of caps, sleeveless shirts, flip flops, shorts and sports pants are not allowed. Access to the water park is available as follows: Once per stays of at least 3 nights. Twice for every 8-night stay.
